Here at Rug World, we have a 10-Day exchange policy, meaning that if you are unhappy with the choice you’ve made, you are eligible to either swap to a product of the same value, or pay the difference up to a higher cost rug. Exchanging down in price will allow you to retain the difference as In-Store credit.

We do not provide refunds for wrong decisions.

Rug World offers local delivery services to any of our 5 locations. We can also provide shipping estimates for anywhere in Australia, just ask and we’ll be happy to provide you with a rough figure.
